Devils Lake Foundation

The CHI St. Alexius Health Devils Lake Foundation is a charitable tax exempt corporation for the sole purpose of supporting and enhancing the health care mission of CHI St. Alexius Health Devils Lake.

The mission of the Foundation is to support programs and projects related to health care through which donors can share in the philanthropic goals of the hospital.  The ultimate recipient of a gift could be a member of your family, a close friend, or a neighbor receiving care at CHI St. Alexius Health Devils Lake. Donations to the Foundation are tax deductible and can provide considerable tax advantages. There are many gifting opportunities including donations of stock, cash, charitable gift annuities, insurance proceeds, gifts-in-kind, real estate, trusts, and wills.

The Foundation is managed by a local Board of Directors comprised of community leaders and area residents who annually meet to set a program of work to accomplish the goal of funding hospital needs, building the endowment fund and carrying out projects essential to growth and development.
