CHI Health at Home offers two in-home health care programs to serve you, Home Health & Hospice.

Medicare Certified

Home Health provides intermittent and short-term services for patients who need skilled care but do not require hospitalization or nursing home placement. Home Health is Medicare Certified and Licensed by the State of North Dakota. We help Home Health patients remain in their homes by providing the following skilled care:

  • Pharmaceutical Consultation
